Program Details

This program was piloted by Carolina Mountain Land Conservancy (CMLC) during the first quarter of 2008 and is now open to all businesses in 2009. Thanks to our original Premiere Business Sponsors (Diamond Brand Outdoors, Dixon Hughes Wealth Advisors, Carolina First, and Laurel Mountain Preserve) the program has expanded in its offerings and is now available to businesses across the southern Blue Ridge mountain region.

Our Forever Green Business Program is modeled on several successful programs across the country, but tailored to match our unique local business culture.

HOW IT WORKS
We're here to help you every step of the way and have designed the program to work like this:
  • Review the various program incentives and sponsorship levels
  • Schedule a visit with Kristin Harkey, CMLC Forever Green Business Coordinator and Director of Development (828) 697-5777 or development@carolinamountain.org
  • Sign on as a sponsor in order to support CMLC’s capacity to protect our local ridgelines, rivers, rural landscapes, precious mountain bogs and wildlife habitat.
